Heritage Highlands is an age restricted gated community located in the Dove Mountain area in the Town of Marana.  It is one of Tucson's premier retirement communities with golf, tennis, swimming and a large "active" community center with its own restaurant. 

Located about 30 minutes north of Tucson and 90 minutes from the Phoenix airport it provides the full time retirees or winter residence a great location to enjoy all the amendities of desert living.  It residents are very social and the community provides many activities and events through which one can meet their neighbors and make lasting friendships.

Heritage Highlands offers a wide range of homes priced between $300,000 and $600,000.  Most are "contemporary" in style and provide Views of the Catalina and Tortolita Mountains, City lights and Desert landscapes.

A new shopping center has recently openned and provides Heritage Highlands residents a Basha's food store, banking, restraunt and other shopping alternatives.  Additional stores are also under construction and a Ritz Carlton community is in the planning stages.

Directions to Heritage Highlands - From I 10 and Tangerine, proceed east about 8 miles to Dove Mountain Blvd. Go north about 2 milds to Heritage Club Dr. Enter through the gate.
