Fertilize: Established hibiscus, jasmine, roses and herbs with compost and fish emulsion.

Prune:  After March 15th mature trees, shrubs, frost damaged plants, and bushes (bougainvillea).

Plant:  Native trees, tomatoes & peppers, and seeds.
