Tucson, AZ has many GREAT locally owned restaurants. Located in downtown Tucson, this restaurant is the sister restaurant to El Charro Cafe, however, this one flavors the steak cuisine; what’s your favorite?

Tucson Real Estate Newsletter July 2017 – 4th Avenue Tucson

A popular spot and walking distance from the University of Arizona campus is 4th Avenue (south of University Blvd.). Known for it’s semi-annual 4th Avenue Street Fair, this place is hopping with restaurants, retail, and bars. One of my favorite restaurants for dessert is The B Line. This street is loaded with locally owned businesses so please support them!

Here’s Tucson Real Estate Newsletter July 2017 – Don’t forget the Vinegar

With all the advertising of products these days, we forget the basics.  Look at all the options when using vinegar! Let’s stop the chemicals and protect our earth.

Our Tucson Real Estate Newsletter July 2017 – Gardening Tips for August

Water: Adjust the drip cycle with the monsoons. (We’ve been getting enough rain the past 2 weeks where I haven’t had our drip system on.) Watch for wilting leaves that don’t recover overnight; adjust watering to eliminate stress. Remember to water plants in the morning. This time of year even the native plants need supplemental water if it’s not raining.

Plant: Vegetables for the cooler season (peas, beets, squash, cucumbers).

Fertilize: Shrubs (avoid frost-tender shrubs) and citrus trees before the end of August.
