Agustin Kitchen opened in the historic Mercado San Agustin in late 2013. Agustin Kitchen owner, Ryan Clark, is a three time winner of Tucson’s Iron Chef award. He has created a unique blend of French and American cuisine in a historic Tucson location.
This upscale eatery has a cute little bar area with a few bistro tables for light snacks and a beverage of choice. The dining area is open with a modern European décor. The menu varies throughout the year and utilizes many local ingredients.
Agustin Kitchen is open six days a week and serves lunch, happy hour, and dinner. There is also late night dining or Friday and Saturday.

The Mercado San Agustin is right across the street from one of the stops on the new Tucson streetcar system. By the way, Mercado means “market” in Spanish and the Mercado San Agustin is just that.
