The Tucson Housing Market May 2018 report shows the average sales price INCREASED 1.11% to $261,480. And UP 6.47% from May 2017.

The May 2018 average sales price stands at 89.1% of the June 2007 peak for average sales price.

The Median Sales Price for a Tucson home INCREASED 0.70% to $216,500. Since December 2017, the Tucson Home Median Sales Price has INCREASED 5.6%. Year over year, the May 2018 median sales price is UP 8.28%.

The Median Sales Price of a Tucson home now stands at 96.0% of the June 2007 peak median sales price. A long 10 years, but “on average” the Median Sale Price close to the peak levels.
