Tucson Housing Statistics November 2016 shows the Average Sales Price FLAT over October. Average Sales Price rose 0.25% from October. The Average List Price for a Tucson home changed little. Moving up just 0.18%.

Year to date, the Average Sales Price is up 3.80% from the November 2015 level.
