The Preserve Golf Club Can Be Described By The Music Man Song “Ya Got Trouble”
The Preserve Golf Club course winds through the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains. It is one of the four golf courses of SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch. Both Robson Resort Communities.
It is a hidden gem in the Preserve At SaddleBrooke community. This gated subdivision provides stunning views of the Catalina Mountains and luxury homes.
The Preserve Golf Club is a semi-private course. The Preserve Country Club facility has a restaurant, pool, pickleball, and tennis. Oh yes, and golf.
The Preserve Golf Course
To say the Preserve Golf Course is challenging is an understatement. The song from The Music Man describes it best, “ya got trouble, you really got trouble”.
Trouble off the tee, trouble on approach shots, trouble on the greens. Ya got trouble!
Elevated tees allow the player to see how disaster can unfold – trouble! Holes play across washes, ravines, and boulders – trouble! Firm fairways and sloping terrain make the ball run – trouble!
Large sloping greens make putting a challenge – trouble! At the Preserve, Ya Got Trouble! To score well, a player must distance control and accuracy – trouble!
Now the good news. The scenery from everywhere on the Preserve Golf Course is fantastic. The Catalina Mountains are in your face. Most fairways are wide. Homes do not infringe on the golf course.
After the round, take the opportunity to have a beverage of choice in the bar at the Preserve Golf Club. The view from the bar and patio are breath taking.
The Preserve At SaddleBrooke
The Preserve At SaddleBrooke is a gated community within SaddleBrooke AZ. Plans call for about 800 luxury homes when completed.
While many home buyers have a home built, there are a few resale homes available.

The Preserve Golf Club opened in 2004 in Northwest Tucson. It is about 20 minutes from Oro Valley AZ. Some 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. To say the least, it’s worth the trip.
The Preserve Golf Course is one of three courses in SaddleBrooke Tucson. The other two are Mountain View and SaddleBrooke Golf Club. The SaddleBrooke Golf Club is a members only venue.
A fourth Course is in SaddleBrooke Ranch about 6 miles north of SaddleBrooke AZ. The SaddleBrooke Ranch course is semi-private and player friendly.
