Active Listings continue at historic lows with only 1,224 single family homes on the market at the end of September. That translates into a 1.0 month supply. OMG….. If you see it, like it, buy it …. FAST!
Today, “dude” means something like “bro” or “bud”. But that wasn’t always the case.
In the late 1800s and early 1900s, the word had a different slang meaning. Back then, a “dude” was an urbanite. When ranches in the west opened up to the tourism business they were called guest ranches, or “dude ranches”.
