Tucson’s housing report for April showed Average Sales Price increased 3.64% month over month and the Median Sales Price year over year was up almost 8%. Days on Market for April decreased to 44 days compared to a year ago it was 57 days. Will be interesting to see if the summer cools down.

Run the washing machine using vinegar (natural) or tub cleaner on a hot water cycle. Wipe the rubber/plastic rim, rollers, fins to remove lint.

Drain 1-2 gallons of water from the hot water heater to remove buildup of calcium/minerals to extend its life.
