Both the Average and Median Sales Prices for a single family home increased year over year, by 5.6% and 7.1% respectively.
Active Listings continue at historic lows with 2,271 single family homes on the market at the end of December 2022. That translates to a 2.3 month supply.
Following single family homes, the Average and Median Sales price for Condos and Townhouses moved up as well. The Average sales price jumped up 18.2% and Median 18.4%.

Culinary Dropout – Restaurant Review
Culinary Dropout has 6 dining areas under one roof with patio. Bring a group or just yourself. Come for the appetizers, drinks, or dinner. Its a great place for any occasion and the staff is outstanding.
|Water: Water citrus deeply every three weeks. Adjust watering schedule to accommodate spring winds.
Fertilize:Fertilize citrus, roses, grapes, lawns, and deciduous (trees or shrubs that lose their leaves seasonally) trees/plants. Citrus needs fertilizer specially formulated with an ample source of nitrogen. Roses need slow release fertilizer specially formulated with nitrogen and phosphorous. Fertilize the non-native plants just as they begin to grow. Yes, mid-February/March is our spring time!
Prune: Once new shoots emerge on frost damaged plants (lantana & bougainvillea) cut away dead branches. Also cut back ornamental grasses. Wait until April to cut back frost damaged citrus.
Harvest:Continue to harvest your citrus. Most citrus should be picked by the beginning of March except valencia oranges and grapefruit as they continue to sweeten for several months.

When – February 24
Where – Park Avenue and Ajo Way, continues south to Irvington Road, then heads west on Irvington Road to South 6th Avenue.
Grandstands for viewing are located on Irvington at South 6th Avenue. Viewing along both sides of the route, which stretches just over a mile, is available at no charge.
